PROGRAMME CONTRACTS

(New public notice - Regional Programme ERDF - ESF+ 2021-2027)

Following on from the previous edition, the Programme Contracts (CdP) funding scheme is part of a set of regional incentive schemes for the 2021-2027 programming period, with important new features concerning the necessary involvement of SMEs and innovative start-ups in the investment programmes, through "effective collaboration" with the large enterprises presenting the proposals. In this way, SMEs and innovative start-ups will have the possibility of proposing innovative R&D initiatives, under the technical supervision of large companies.

The CdP funding scheme supports eligible investments in industrial research, experimental development and technological innovation programmes, aimed at furthering the digital, ecological and energy transitions, which may be integrated with capital investments, training initiatives and environmental protection measures, as well as investments in business consultancy services and international business promotion initiatives, including the participation in trade fairs (exclusively for participating SMEs and start-ups).

The scheme provides funding for investment programmes with overall minimum eligible expenditure of 5 million euros, whereas overall investment limits, in terms of maximum eligible costs, are fixed at 60 million euros for R&D and 110 million euros for capital investments.

As of December 11th, 2023, applications must be submitted online, following the procedure in the dedicated section “Contratti di Programma”, by registering and filling out the necessary online forms, on the platform PugliaSemplice:

The CdP scheme has no fixed deadlines for proposals, subject to the availability of funds.
