Who We Are
Puglia Sviluppo is the finance company of Puglia Region. In carrying out the institutional task of contributing to the implementation of regional economic development programs, it operates as an intermediate body for the management of investment aid and business innovation and, as manager of financial instruments, to promote access to credit and innovative finance. Furthermore, it cooperates with Puglia Region to define and implement initiatives in support of the internationalization processes of Apulian companies and to attract investments in Puglia. The company is part of the European EBN Innovation Network and provides start-ups and innovative companies with two incubators in Modugno (BA) and Casarano (LE) offices. The company is incorporated in the form of a joint stock company with a sole shareholder. The share capital is entirely held by Puglia Region which exercises management and control of the company.

Management Control
Management Control is the responsibility of the Board of Statutory Auditors which is made up of three Standing Auditors and two Alternate Auditors

The Ethical Code of Puglia Sviluppo defines the set of values that the company recognizes, accepts and shares, as well as the responsibilities that the company assumes internally and externally.
