Attention to the environment is the distinctive feature of this facilitation tool, primarily aimed at the recovery and enhancement of the existing real estate assets for hospitality purposes without further soil consumption. The obligation to adopt the ITACA protocol, i.e. the regional law for sustainable living, binds companies to a series of planning and investment measures aimed at respecting the environment and minimizing impact on it. Therefore, 100% of the projects admitted to the subsidy must be defined as environmentally friendly, as this is the condition for accessing the subsidy. For more info, see the Public Notice here.
