Assignment of the "provision of temporary work" service by means of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54 paragraph 4 letter a) of the procurement code

With resolution n. 231 of 11 April 2022, this Administration approved the assignment, by means of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54 as 4 letters. a) of the code, of the "temporary work supply" service for professional figures to be employed for the temporary needs of the Contracting Authority.

The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with a maximum number of three economic operators within the scope of which will then be entrusted with specific contracts for "provision of temporary work" for the professionals referred to in the current C.C.N.L. CREDIT, to be used for the temporary needs of the Contracting Authority. The tender will be carried out open by means of an electronic procedure pursuant to art. 40, 58 and 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

 For the completion of this tender, the Contracting Authority makes use of the computer system for telematic purchasing procedures (EmpULIA portal) accessible at the address www.empulia.it.
