Puglia Sviluppo S.p.A., with Resolution of the DG n.29 / 2021, authorized the purchase of the technical assistance service for the definition of the aspects of economic feasibility and business models for the registration in the list of financial intermediaries, in compliance to art. 1 paragraph 2 lett. a) of the Legislative Decree 76/2020 converted into Law 120/2020 as amended by Article 51 of Legislative Decree 77/2021, to proceed by direct entrustment through direct negotiation on MEPA with a single economic operator registered in the product category "Specialized support services".
