Exploratory public notice aimed at identifying subjects to be invited to the negotiated procedure "Management and maintenance service of ICT technological systems"

It is the intention of Puglia Sviluppo S.p.A. to proceed with this expression of interest in order to identify the economic operators to be invited to the subsequent negotiated procedure, in accordance with the provisions of art. 37 paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and the agreement signed with Innovapuglia S.p.A. as aggregator of Puglia Region. It should be noted that with this notice, of an exclusively exploratory nature, no tender procedure is launched. It is a fact-finding survey aimed at identifying companies to be invited to the subsequent negotiated procedure, via the electronic market platform of Puglia Region "EmPULIA", in compliance with the principles of economy, effectiveness, impartiality, equal treatment, transparency and proportionality contemplated by art. 30 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
