Call for projects to upgrade the "Airport Test Bed" research infrastructure of Taranto-Grottaglie
With a budget of 11 million euros, the call supports the upgrading of an Airport Test Bed Research infrastructure, to be built at Taranto-Grottaglie Airport. The objective is to identify one or more beneficiaries who strengthen innovative and technological systems to satisfy, on the one hand, the need for technologies dedicated to automation, in particular for "unmanned" vehicles (without pilot) and to enhance, on the other, the Grottaglie infrastructure, confirming the strategic nature of the aerospace sector for Puglia.
Research organizations, research laboratories and companies, consortia, individually or in aggregate form, can submit project proposals.
Projects must involve tangible and intangible investments. The aid intensity is 100% for non-economic activities and 50% for economic activities. Investment projects with a minimum amount of 5 million euros are facilitated; the request for assistance, regardless of the admissible amount, cannot exceed 11 million euros.
The grant application must be received by 8 June 2022, exclusively via certified mail, to the address of the Research and International Relations Section servizio.ricercainnovazione.regione@pec.rupar.puglia.it and, for information, also to the address: ricercaatb.pugliasviluppo@pec.rupar.puglia.it.
